Open the [Market] menu and select [Real Estate].
Select a subsidiary in a list by pressing × button and the up or down directional buttons / left-click. Then, select [Sell Property] to sell the subsidiary. |

Hover the cursor over your subsidiary on a map. Press △ button or left-click to show management status of the subsidiary.
Select [Sell] to sell the selected subsidiary. |
