| Remove Subsidiary | ||||||
| Open the [Construction] menu, and select [Remove]. Press [Start Layout] / move the cursor and select a subsidiary to remove. Cost of removing competitor's subsidiary is more expensive than that of own subsidiary because you have to purchase it before removal. |

| Directly Remove Subsidiary | ||||||
| Hover the cursor over a subsidiary on a map. Press △ button / left-click to show its status of business. Then, select [Remove] in details to remove. For competitor's subsidiary, select [Buy & Removal] to remove. |

| Remove Subsidiary with Super Removal Mode | ||||||
| To start "Super Removal Mode", press △ button or Space bar while keeping any one of the following menus open: [Rail], [Station], [Train], [Construction], [Project] or [Geo]. Press × button / left-click to remove any items such as buildings, railroad tracks, roads, trains and buses. Select a subsidiary to remove during Super Removal Mode. |

| Construct Over Old Subsidiary | ||||||
| By constructing a new subsidiary over an existing subsidiary at the same site, you can replace current building with a new one. For public facilitis, removal of an old building is needed because replacement is unavailable. |
